Job title: SSR (Service Solution Responsible) Company: International Leading Technology Company Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The Service Solution Responsible (SSR) is responsible for developing competitive office service solutions, managing customer requirements, and supporting business growth by aligning technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities across the office service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of office service solution planning and overall solution development for assigned customer opportunities.
  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective service solution strategies.
  • Design competitive service solutions, including sales configurations, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
  • Lead customer communications, solution presentations, and proposal discussions with medium-level customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to develop technically and commercially competitive service solutions.
  • Participate in project operations by tracking tasks, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to service solution strategy development.
  • Prepare accurate commercial quotations and ensure solution value is clearly communicated to customers.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments within Mongolia's ICT and telecommunications sectors to improve solution competitiveness.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements, business objectives, technical feasibility, commercial expectations, and delivery capabilities.

General requirements:

  • Experience in ICT service solutions, telecommunications, enterprise technology, system integration, or solution sales is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Mongolia's ICT industry, telecommunications networks, and enterprise business environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop practical technical and commercial solutions.
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Mongolian.
