Job title: Wireless Engineer Company: International Leading Technology Company Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The Telecom Wireless Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting wireless telecom networks. This includes 3G，4G LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, microwave backhaul, small cells, and distributed antenna systems (DAS). The role ensures network coverage, capacity, quality, and performance meet established KPIs and customer requirements. 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.

- 1–3+ years of experience in telecom wireless/RF engineering.

- Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G NR, RF propagation, antennas, MIMO, beamforming, OFDM, and IP networking.

- Hands-on experience with RF planning and optimization tools such as Atoll, Planet, TEMS, Nemo, QXDM, Actix, MapInfo, or similar.

- Understanding of wireless protocols and interfaces: PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, SIP, and TCP/IP.

- Ability to analyze data using Excel, SQL, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel to sites, conduct field tests, and work occasional on-call shifts.
