$20,000 Sign on Bonus Echo Tech Clinical Lead Full Time Days Position Summary:  The Cardiac Sonographer Clinical Lead runs the day-to-day operations of the ECHO department, participates in the daily schedule of non-invasive Echocardiography procedures. The position requires good rapport and professional relationship with physicians, fellow employees, and other departments.  Responsibilities:  It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. • Our team members are part of an environment that fosters teamwork, team member engagement and community involvement. •    The successful team member has a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care. •    All Novant Health team members are responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm". THE ECHO TECH CLINICAL LEAD FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.  Education: Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or obtained within 12 months of hire.   Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full time experience in Cardiac Ultrasound preferred  Other Qualifications: Current BLS Required
