Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden sowie Organisation des Personaleinsatzes in der Schicht
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktions\-, Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Schichtbriefings sowie vollständige Dokumentation und Übergabe aller relevanten Informationen
  • Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe, Materialversorgung und Produktionsziele
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen sowie Kennzeichnung und Sperrung nicht konformer Ware
  • Rückmeldung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Materialbuchungen in SAP ERP und Hydra MES
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion, beispielsweise bei Rüstvorgängen, Pausenablösungen und einfachen Störungsbehebungen

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische, handwerkliche oder industrielle Berufsausbildung, alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
  • Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von MitarbeitendenBereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2\- oder 3\-Schichtbetrieb
  • Gute Deutsch\- und PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse; SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Stapler\- und Hallenkranausweis von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine faire, klare Kommunikation
