Als Verkäufer_in im Innendienst sind Sie, gemeinsam mit ihren Kollegen/innen, erste/r Ansprechpartner_in für unsere ausgewählten Kunden (Tischler) im Produktbereich: Baubeschläge.

Meine zukünftige Rolle - vielseitig, wie unsere Kund_innen

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung sowie kompetente Beratung unserer Kund_innen

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, Erfassung von Aufträgen inklusive Lieferterminkoordination und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen sowie Erstellung und Kalkulation von Objektangeboten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg/innen aus dem Innen- und Außendienst

Mein Profil - vielversprechend, wie das Sortiment

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Interesse oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit fundierten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen

* Interesse an unserem Produktsortiment, insbesondere im Bereich Baubeschläge sind von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Ausdrucksvermögen

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen sowie persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (vor allem Excel) und SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
