Waar kom je te werken

Renovatie-, transformatie- en onderhoudsprojecten zijn altijd een bijzondere uitdaging. Zeker in een stad als Amsterdam. Dit is een specialisme waarin Schadenberg Bouw al sinds 1947 toonaangevend is. De bouwwereld staat daarnaast voor een uitdaging. De komende jaren is er niet alleen grote behoefte aan woningen, er is ook een transitie gaande op het gebied van o.a. duurzaamheid. Ook wij dragen daaraan bij en werken de komende 3 jaar toe naar een betere balans tussen PEOPLE, PLANET en PROFIT.

Dit ga je doen

Als Allround Timmerman bij Schadenberg Bouw voer je alle voorkomende werkzaamheden uit aan onze (grote) binnenstedelijke renovatie-, transformatie- en onderhoudsprojecten. Deze bevinden zich voornamelijk in en rondom Amsterdam. Er wordt continu gebouwd aan een complete en duurzame stad voor alle jonge, oude en nieuwe Amsterdammers. Daarbij horen ook bedrijven en instellingen. Hierdoor zijn de projecten én werkzaamheden ontzettend divers!

Bij Schadenberg Bouw staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en vakkundigheid voorop. Of het nu gaat om het stellen van houten balklagen, het afhangen van deuren of het plaatsen van een keuken; met jouw timmeroog ben je in staat om creatieve oplossingen te vinden en rond je de projecten netjes en secuur af. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je hier goed materiaal en materieel voor hebt.

Afhankelijk van het project ben je zelfstandig of met collega’s / bouwpartners aan het werk. Zo maak je iedere dag weer iets anders mee en ben je verzekerd van een uitdagende en afwisselende job!

Dit ben jij

  • Een teamspeler met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring.
  • Je houdt van het vak en weet waar je mee bezig bent.
  • Je beschikt daarom over materiaal- en gereedschapskennis.
  • Je bent proactief en zelfredzaam met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je houdt van de afwisseling tussen complexe en meer eenvoudige projecten.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA óf bent bereid deze te halen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
