Waar kom je te werken

Je werkt bij Schadenberg installatietechniek in Hem, onderdeel van de Schadenberg Groep. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf met ruim 300 collega’s, actief in grond-, weg- en waterbouw, installatietechniek, dakwerken, bouw en vastgoed. Binnen ons team WTB richten we ons op de optimalisatie, renovatie en het onderhoud van drinkwaterinstallaties. We staan voor zorgvuldigheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en risicobeheersing en dat al meer dan 40 jaar.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team van 11 collega’s. De sfeer is open, betrokken en gericht op samenwerking. We helpen elkaar, delen kennis en vieren samen onze successen. Vanuit Hem werk je aan uitdagende projecten verspreid over Noord-Holland.

Dit ga je doen

Als ervaren Monteur WTB werk je zelfstandig én in teamverband aan technische installaties in de drinkwatersector. Je houdt je bezig met inspecties, onderhoud, renovaties en nieuwbouwprojecten. Je signaleert storingen, lost deze op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en innovaties.

Jouw taken zijn onder andere: • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties • Inspecteren, analyseren en rapporteren over de staat van installaties • Uitvoeren van renovatie- en nieuwbouwwerkzaamheden • Signaleren en zelfstandig verhelpen van storingen • Samenwerken met opdrachtgevers en partners binnen multidisciplinaire projecten • Adviseren over verbeteringen en innovatieve oplossingen • Deelname aan storingsdiensten na de inwerkperiode (afwisselend met collega’s)

Dit ben jij

Je bent een betrokken vakman met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar ook samen met collega’s aan een goed resultaat.

Verder: • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica • Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring met service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden • Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht • Je hebt ervaring met computersystemen en digitale rapportages • Je beschikt over een stevige persoonlijkheid en natuurlijk leiderschap • Ervaring met elektrotechniek of lastechnieken (RVS of kunststof) is een pré • Je woont in de regio Noord-Holland en beschikt over rijbewijs B (E is een pluspunt)
