Onze opdrachtgevers verwachten van ons een projectorganisatie die stuurt op GROKIT aspecten (Geld, Risico, Organisatie, Kwaliteit (scope), Informatie en Tijd (planning)). Daarom willen wij ons medewerkersbestand uitbreiden met technische kennis waarbij innovatie en kwaliteitsmanagement belangrijke punten zijn.

Waar kom je te werken

De businessunit Schadenberg Infratechniek bestaat uit de Schadenberg bedrijven: Infratechniek, Water & Civiel en Plaisier. Deze businessunit is opgericht om efficiënter te kunnen samenwerken binnen de GWW-sector, en om onze klanten beter te kunnen ondersteunen en ontzorgen. Gezamenlijk bieden de bedrijven binnen de businessunit Infratechniek een totaalpakket aan werkzaamheden voor overheden, projectontwikkelaars en private partijen. Infratechniek kan zowel bovengrondse als ondergrondse infrastructuur aanleggen. Waar de afstemming hiervan normaal gesproken een probleem is, wordt die nu geregeld door één partij en wordt een soepele uitvoering gewaarborgd.

Dit ga je doen

Bij Schadenberg voer je werkzaamheden uit waabij je actief meewerkt aan de energietransitie in Nederland en draag je direct bij aan een maatschappelijk relevant doel. Daarnaast is Noord-Holland ons vaste werkgebied door meerjarige contracten met netbeheerders. Het is een uitdaging om te graven in het drukke ondergrondse kabels en leiding netwerk in het binnen- en buitengebied.

Taken uitvoeren in de de richting van bijvoorbeeld Projectmanagement, Engineering, Werkverantwoordelijkheid LS/MS en Uitvoering. Wat je gaat doen hangt af van jouw interesses. Taken oppakken met eigen verantwoordelijkheid waarbij je ruimte krijgt voor eigen initiatief. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen of producten.

Dit ben jij

  • Een aanpakker die in de wereld van de ondergrondse infra wilt duiken.
  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt technische informatie helder overbrengen aan collega’s en klanten.
