Waar kom je te werken

Bij Schadenberg Bouw kom je terecht in een warm en hecht familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en teamspirit centraal staan. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in de Amsterdamse Houthavens, met fijne werkplekken: goed verstelbare bureaus, comfortabele stoelen en twee grote schermen per werkplek.

De sfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en collega’s staan voor elkaar klaar. Je werkt samen met echte vakmensen: timmerkrachten, uitvoerders, calculators en projectmanagers. Samen bouwen we aan projecten én aan werkplezier.

Dit ga je doen

Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de motor achter onze projecten. Je zorgt dat alles klopt vóórdat het werk buiten start en dat het daarna soepel blijft lopen.

  • Je inventariseert per project precies wat er nodig is: materialen, planning, tekeningen en veiligheid.
  • Regelt de inkoop en zorgt dat alles op tijd binnen is.
  • Bewaakt kosten, planning en kwaliteit.
  • Zorgt voor het juiste materieel en de juiste mensen op het juiste moment.
  • Schakelt dagelijks met uitvoerders, collega’s, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Denkt vooruit, signaleert knelpunten en houdt het overzicht.

Dit ben jij

Jij houdt van overzicht, structuur en schakelen. Verder:

  • Heb je een bouwkundige achtergrond of relevante werkervaring.
  • Werk je op HBO-niveau (door opleiding of ervaring).
  • Ben je welkom als starter óf ervaren werkvoorbereider, motivatie en initiatief vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Communiceer je helder, denk je praktisch en kun je snel schakelen tussen kantoor en bouwplaats.
  • Werk je graag in een team, maar pak je ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid.
