HR Business Partner/in (m/w/d)80 \- 100% ========================================

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung der Führungskräfte in sämtlichen HR\-relevanten Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Lifecycles.

* Kompetente/r Sparringspartner/in der Führungskräfte in den Bereichen Führung, Personalentwicklung, Change\-Management, Organisationsentwicklung und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.

* Selbstständige Durchführung und Begleitung von Rekrutierungsprozessen von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung.

* Betreuung von zwei definierten Geschäftsbereichen mit total rund 200 Mitarbeitenden und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Führungskräften.

* Beratung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden in personellen, organisatorischen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.

* Sicherstellung der korrekten Anwendung und Umsetzung der Führungs\- und HR\-Instrumente sowie der relevanten HR\-Prozesse und Richtlinien.

* Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation von HR\-Kennzahlen, Reportings und Statistiken als Grundlage für fundierte Führungsentscheide.

* Mitarbeit bei jährlich wiederkehrenden HR\-Prozessen wie Performance\-Management, Salär\- und Bonusrunden, Personalplanung sowie Talent\- und Nachfolgeprozessen.

* Selbstständige Leitung und Umsetzung von HR\-Projekten sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von HR\-Prozessen, Instrumenten und Standards.

* Förderung einer konstruktiven Führungs\- und Unternehmenskultur sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Personalthemen.

* Erfolgreiche abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zum/zur HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbareren Funktion

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position zwingend

* Versierte MS\-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr zuverlässige, loyale und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Teamfähigkeit

* Belastbar, flexibel und diskret

* Positive Einstellung und Neues zu lernen
