Das Migrationsamt und Passbüro des Kantons Schaffhausen gehört als Dienststelle zum Departement des Innern. Im Bereich des Migrationswesens bewegt sich die Dienststelle täglich im spannenden politischen Umfeld sämtlicher Migrationsfragen und den daraus resultierenden Aufgabenstellungen. Zudem ist es zuständig für die Abwicklung von Formalitäten für die Ausstellung von Ausweisschriften für Schweizer Staatsangehörige wie auch für die Erfassung der Biometriedaten von ausländischen Personen mit geregeltem Aufenthalt in der Schweiz. Für unser Team suchen wir ab 1. Januar 2027 als Verstärkung eine neue Kollegin oder einen neuen Kollegen als

Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Migrationsamt und Passbüro, 50 % #

Was erwartet Sie ##

  • Erfassung der biometrischen Daten von Schweizerinnen und Schweizern und von ausländischen Personen mit verschiedensten kulturellen Hintergründen
  • Diverse projektbezogene Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem stv. Dienststellenleiter und mit dem Dienststellenleiter
  • Unterstützung bei der Ferien- und Krankheitsvertretung im Passbüro
  • Bearbeitung von verschiedenen spannenden ausländerrechtlichen Gesuchen
  • Erteilung von Auskünften am Schalter, telefonisch und via Chat
  • Allgemeine Kanzleiarbeiten

Was bringen Sie mit ##

  • Kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, erste Berufserfahrung in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung ist von Vorteil
  • Interesse an rechtlichen Fragestellungen und sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft sowie eine kundenfreundliche, strukturierte und speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme
  • Belastbare, zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung (für die Ferienvertretung im Passbüro) sowie Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Programme
