Die Informatik Schaffhausen (ITSH) gestaltet gemeinsam mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden die digitale Zukunft des Kantons Schaffhausen. Als zentrale IT-Partnerin für Kanton, Stadt und Gemeinden entwickeln und betreiben wir innovative digitale Services, beraten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden umfassend und sorgen für einen sicheren, modernen und zuverlässigen Informatikbetrieb.

Damit die Mitarbeitenden von Kanton, Stadt und Gemeinden jederzeit auf zuverlässige, sichere und moderne ICT-Services zählen können, entwickeln wir unsere M365-, Benutzer- und Security Services kontinuierlich weiter. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb dieser zentralen Services der Verwaltung. Sie gestalten deren Weiterentwicklung, setzen technische und sicherheitsrelevante Standards und führen zugleich ein engagiertes Team.

Teamleiterin / Teamleiter ICT-Benutzer & Security Services, 100% #

Was erwartet Sie ##

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines ICT-Teams für Benutzer- & Security Services (SOC, M365, AD, Entra ID, IAM, Cloud, Office Printing, Microsoft Exchange und Datenbanken)
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Werkzeugen und Kompetenzen innerhalb des Teams
  • Verantwortung als Business Service Owner für unsere M365 Umgebung sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Planung, Steuerung, und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden ICT-Projekten inklusive aktiver Mitarbeit
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von strategischen ICT-Vorhaben
  • Konzeption, Organisation und Einführung neuer Systeme zur Sicherstellung zukunftssicherer und leistungsfähiger ICT-Lösungen für die Verwaltung

Was bringen Sie mit ##

  • Bachelor in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie nachweisbare Projektleitungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren ICT-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Cloud- und On-Prem-Architekturen sowie in ICT-Services, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit ICT-Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ zu agieren
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, zur effizienten Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen
  • Aufgeschlossene, innovative und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, mit hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
