Chemisch-technische Tätigkeiten

  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie chemischen und physikalischen Prüfungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung nachhaltiger Produkte, Herstellungsverfahren und Rezepturen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung technischer Dokumentationen (z. B. Sicherheitsdatenblätter, Produktinformationen, Spezifikationen)
  • Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer und bestehender Rezepturen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für technische Kundenanfragen und Beratung bei Produktanwendungen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten, Rezeptur- und Produktdaten in MS-Business Central
  • Angebotserstellung, Auftragsanlage, Abwicklung und Abrechnung

Produktionsplanung und Auftragsbearbeitung

  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Unterstützung bei der Rohstoffauswahl und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Abstimmung von Produktionskapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Lager und Vertrieb
  • Überwachung von Beständen sowie Unterstützung bei der Materialdisposition

Administrative Tätigkeiten

  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Rezepturen und Verfahrensdokumentationen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Produktions- und Laborbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung interner Prozesse und Abläufe

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch-Technischer Assistent (CTA), Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Wasch-, Reinigungs- und Pflegemittel
  • Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Auftragsbearbeitung oder administrativen Organisation ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise einem ERP-System
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohes Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Vertriebsaffinität
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Formulierung von chemischen Produkten (idealerweise Reinigungs- oder Pflegemitteln)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentations- und Datenverwaltungssystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemikalienrecht (z. B. REACH, CLP) sind von Vorteil
