DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Markenbotschafter/in für SCHIESSER & aktive Vermittlung unserer Werte

- Sicherstellung einer positiven Customer-Journey durch kompetente Beratung & exzellenten Service

- Anwendung von Cross & Up-Selling Strategien zur Optimierung des Einkaufserlebnisses

- Sicherstellung einer attraktiven Warenpräsentation gemäß unserer Visual Merchandising Vorgaben

- Einhaltung der Kassensicherheitsrichtlinien & Unterstützung bei Rückgabe- sowie Beschwerdeprozessen

- Kontinuierliche Sicherstellung einer optimal bestückten Verkaufsfläche

DU BRINGST MIT:

- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder Verkauf - Quereinsteiger/innen herzlich willkommen

- Begeisterung für Mode sowie Freude an der Beratung & am Verkauf

- Hohe Kunden- & Serviceorientierung

- Kommunikationsstärke & verkäuferisches Geschick
