Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte

Bei uns sorgst du dafür, dass Aufträge korrekt erfasst, geprüft und abgerechnet werden – damit alles reibungslos läuft. Du hältst die Fäden zwischen Vertrieb und Finanzbuchhaltung zusammen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Daten stimmen und unsere Prozesse weiter wachsen können.

  • Du erfasst, prüfst und fakturierst Aufträge eigenverantwortlich – inklusive Kostenkontrolle
  • Du pflegst unsere Stammdaten und Statistiken
  • Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Du unterstützt beim Pflegen unseres digitalen Dokumentenmanagementsystems
  • Du prüfst Kalkulationen und bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und Prozesse ein

Dein Profil

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig – und denkst gerne mit
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, besonders Excel
  • Du trittst freundlich und offen auf und arbeitest gerne im Team
