Als Steuerassistent übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung in der steuerlichen Gestaltungsberatung. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Kanzleileitung an nationalen und internationalen Mandaten. Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten, die komplexe Sachverhalte analytisch durchdringen, strukturiert aufbereiten und effizient zur Lösung bringen. Das ist keine Stelle für Verwalter, sondern für Gestalter mit Disziplin und Ambition.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Gestaltung: Du arbeitest an fundierten steuerlichen Strategiekonzepten für Unternehmer und internationale Strukturen.
  • Fachliche Analyse: Du bearbeitest komplexe Fragestellungen zu Ertragsteuern, Bilanzierung, Unternehmensbewertung sowie Wegzugs- und Hinzurechnungsbesteuerung.
  • Recherche & Dokumentation: Du führst tiefgehende Recherchen in Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung durch und erstellst strukturierte Memos und Konzeptpapiere.
  • Bewertung: Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung von Immobilien und Unternehmenswerten im nationalen und internationalen Kontext.
  • Mandantenbetreuung: Du nimmst an Mandanten-Events und internen Veranstaltungen an unseren Standorten in der Schweiz und Dubai teil.

Du überzeugst durch analytische Schärfe, hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Fachliche Kompetenz:

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Schwerpunkt Steuern/Prüfungswesen) oder relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei/Wirtschaftsprüfung.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und steuerliche Gestaltungsfragen.

  • Diszipliniert: Du arbeitest verlässlich, eigenverantwortlich und detailgenau.

  • Leistungsorientiert: Du willst dich fachlich im Steuerrecht kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Kommunikationsstark: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf höchstem Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
