Das Schlössli Pieterlen, malerisch am Jurasüdfuss gelegen, bietet eine einzigartige Arbeitsumgebung inmitten eines wunderschönen Parks und Gartenareals. Wir suchen für den Bereich Zentrale Dienste per 1. Februar 2027 eine/n

Verantwortliche/r Marketing & IT (30%)

Deine Aufgaben im Marketingbereich:

  • Planung und Durchführung öffentlicher sowie interner Anlässe (in Absprache mit der Aktivierung und weiteren Bereichen)
  • Externe Kommunikation: Erstellung und Versand des Angehörigen-Newsletters
  • Marketing & Werbung: Erstellung von Plakaten, Flyern und Inseraten
  • Social Media: Betreuung und Verwaltung der Online-Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, Crossiety)
  • Pflegen und Aktualisieren der Website-Inhalte
  • Interne Kommunikation: Aufbereitung von Inhalten für das Info-Board
  • Corporate Identity (CI): Sicherstellung des einheitlichen Auftritts (Vorlagen, Logo, Couverts)

Deine Aufgaben im IT-Bereich:

  • First-Level-Support: Erste Anlaufstelle für interne Software-Probleme und Anwenderfragen
  • Drehscheibe und Ansprechperson im Austausch mit Dedica

Dein Profil

  • Grundausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung im Marketing/IT
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil)
  • Gute Kenntnisse des ERP-Systems Nexus (von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Engagierte, initiative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Weiterentwicklung und Verantwortung
  • Versierter Umgang mit IT und Social Media
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
