  • Du hast Lust darauf gemeinsam mit uns die Sparte Rohrleitungsbau erfolgreich weiter auszubauen und damit eine langfristig stabile Entwicklung für dieses Geschäftsfeld zu erreichen
  • Du planst eigenständig Rohrleitungsbauprojekte von der Ausschreibung inkl. Kalkulation, Planung und Bauausführung bis hin zur Aufmaßerstellung und Abrechnung
  • Du führst und motivierst die Dir unterstellten rund 10 kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden
  • Du gestaltest produktiven Kundenbeziehung für eine gute Auftragsstruktur und begeisterst Neukunden für unsere Leistungen. So sicherst Du stetig neue Aufträge und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg
  • Du sicherst Baurichtlinien, Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie Systemen und Prozesse
  • Du bist verantwortliche Fachaufsicht nach DVGW 301 für Gas, Wasser G3/W3
  • Du verantwortliche Schweißfachaufsicht Kunststoff (PE) und idealerweise auch Stahl
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass wir regelmäßig erfolgreich nach DVGW zertifiziert werden
  • Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen und wachsen? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig!

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Qualifizierung zum staatl. gepr. Netzmeister im Rohrleitungsbau Gas/Wasser oder Geprüfter Polier (Tiefbau) oder staatl. geprüfter Techniker/Meister
  • Du hast bereits fundierte Erfahrungen im Rohrleitungsbau von technischer und kaufmännischer Seite
  • Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im Bereich von Schweißarbeiten für Guss/Stahl-, PE-, PVC-Rohre. Idealerweise in Verbindung mit GW 331 und GW 350
  • Du hast erste Führungserfahrung bzw. traust Dir diesen Schritt zu
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B. Alle zusätzlichen sind ein Plus
