Für unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir einen Software Engineer (m/w/d).

Als Software Engineer gestaltest du unsere zentrale Systemlandschaft aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Prozesse zuverlässig, leistungsfähig und zukunftssicher umgesetzt werden. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du moderne Lösungen für unsere Backend- und Integrationsplattformen und bringst eigene Ideen in Architektur und Technologieentscheidungen ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und optimierst Backend-Services sowie Integrationen, die unsere Systeme zuverlässig miteinander verbinden
  • Du konzipierst und implementierst robuste Schnittstellen zwischen unterschiedlichen Unternehmenssystemen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an unserer CRM-/ERP-Plattform Odoo – vom Customizing bis zur nachhaltigen Systemarchitektur
  • Du stellst eine hohe Codequalität durch Tests, Reviews und technische Standards sicher
  • Du unterstützt Architekturentscheidungen rund um Modularisierung, Entkopplung und Cloud-Strategien
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren DevOps-Teams zu Themen wie CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring und Security zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Software Engineering oder Informatik
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit weiteren modernen Programmiersprachen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code und modularen Systemen mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Design und in der Entwicklung von APIs, Integrationen und verteilten Systemen
  • Du kennst dich mit Cloud-Umgebungen, idealerweise AWS, aus und hast Interesse, dich in Plattformen wie Odoo einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit CRM- oder ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Odoo
  • Kenntnisse mit Systemmigrationen oder der Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Testautomatisierung, Debugging und technischer Dokumentation
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
