Die Rolle als Head of Reise-Service-Center übernimmt die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und schafft so die Voraussetzungen für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit im Team. Sie steuert bereichsübergreifende Projekte, initiiert Prozessoptimierungen und sorgt für effiziente, kundenorientierte und zukunftsfähige Abläufe. Darüber hinaus arbeitet sie eng mit allen Abteilungen zusammen und gestaltet die strategische Positionierung unseres Unternehmens als verlässlicher Dienstleister für den Reiseservice anderer Unternehmen. Mit ihrem Marktverständnis entwickelt sie touristische Vertriebsstrategien, erschließt neue Geschäftspotenziale und trägt maßgeblich zum nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg bei. Neben strategischen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben bringt sie sich auch aktiv in das operative Tagesgeschäft ein. So verbindet diese Position Führungsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und praktische Expertise, um den hohen Qualitätsanspruch unseres Reise-Service-Centers sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Führung von fünf Teams und zwei Stabsstellen mit insgesamt 95 Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktives Projektmanagement - auch bereichsübergreifend
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Initiierung von Prozessoptimierungen und Begleitung von Change-Management-Prozessen
  • Vorantreiben von Digitalisierungsstrategien
  • Mitarbeit im Kundenprozessmanagement

Gesucht - eine Persönlichkeit mit Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit touristischem Schwerpunkt
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in hybriden Teams verbunden mit einem modernen, wertschätzenden Führungsverständnis
  • Praxisbewährte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Anwendung agiler Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Ausgeprägte Netzwerkkompetenz, Eigeninitiative und eine positives, lösungsorientiertes Mindset
  • Analytische Stärke kombiniert mit hoher digitaler Affinität und Innovationsfreude
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und konsequenten Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsstrategien
  • Begeisterung für Reisen, Vertrieb und die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
