Zur Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Region Süd-West suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Verständnis und fundierter Branchenerfahrung in der Mobilkrandienstleistung.

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die wirtschaftliche, operative und personelle Gesamtverantwortung für die Region Süd-West und berichten direkt an den CEO.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Profitabilität der Region Süd-West (Karlsruhe, Memmingen, Ulm)
  • Steuerung der regionalen Dispositions-, Werkstatt- und gewerblichen Organisation
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung von Personal, Fuhrpark und Betriebsmitteln
  • Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des regionalen Geräte- und Dienstleistungsportfolios entsprechend der Marktanforderungen
  • Verantwortung für Investitions- und Deinvestitionsentscheidungen innerhalb des definierten Kompetenzrahmens
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Fuhrparks durch vorausschauende Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplanung
  • Verantwortung für Personalplanung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung sowie Recruiting in Zusammenarbeit mit Human Resources
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Controlling, Marketing sowie den zentralen Fachbereichen
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Unternehmensstandards innerhalb der Region

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Zwingend mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mobilkrandienstleistung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der operativen Abläufe in den Bereichen Disposition, Fuhrparksteuerung, Werkstatt und gewerblicher Einsatzplanung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Steigerung von Auslastung, Wirtschaftlichkeit und operativer Performance
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Zahlen- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Technisches Verständnis für Kran-, Hebe- und Transporttechnik
  • Entscheidungsstärke, hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Süd-West
