Ihr Job ##

Sie realisieren mit Ihrem Baustellenteam anspruchsvolle Bauwerke von A wie AVOR bis Z wie Zahlungskontrolle. Ihre zugeteilten Projekte zeichnen sich aus, durch technische, terminliche und / oder organisatorische Herausforderungen und sind oft nicht einfach 08.15 Bauwerke.

Ihre Weiterbildung zum Bauführer haben Sie abgeschlossen oder sind auf dem Weg dazu. Mit Begeisterung leben Sie die unternehmerische Seite der Bauwirtschaft und möchten Verantwortung übernehmen.

* Qualitative Arbeitsweise und vorausschauende Planung

Sie führen Ihre Baustellen mittels ruhiger, vorausschauender Planung und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Polier. Das Erreichen der gesteckten qualitativen, terminlichen und finanziellen Ziele ist Ihnen wichtig. Genauso wichtig ist Ihnen aber auch der Weg und die Art und Weise, wie Sie und Ihr Team diese Vorgaben erreichen.

* Teamplayer mit Überblick

Als Bauführer gehören Sie in unserer Gruppe zum Kader. In dieser Rolle sind Sie ein Teamplayer und verstehen es, Ihre Interessen zu vertreten, ohne den Blick auf das grosse Ganze zu verlieren.
