Deine Aufgaben

Als rechte Hand unseres Vertriebsteams sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Angebote nicht nur inhaltlich stimmen, sondern auch formal einwandfrei und termingerecht bei unseren Kunden ankommen. Du behältst den Überblick über laufende Vorgänge, koordinierst Termine und Unterlagen und bist die zuverlässige Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen. Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unser Vertrieb sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren kann.

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und finale Zusammenstellung von Angeboten – inhaltlich korrekt, formal einwandfrei und fristgerecht
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen und Projekten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Projektdaten
  • Koordination und Terminorganisation zwischen Vertrieb, Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und sonstigen Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten (schriftlich und telefonisch)
  • Unterstützung bei der Angebotsnachverfolgung
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Vertriebsalltag

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und Kenntnis von Vergaberecht, Formvorschriften bei Submissionen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und ein gutes Auge für Details
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit Excel
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit (schriftlich u. telefonisch) in deutscher (mindestens C1 Niveau) und englischer Sprache
  • Spaß an lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten und Begeisterung für einen vielseitigen Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Souveränes, freundliches und stilsicheres Auftreten
