Bring KI in den Maschinenraum. Die Schmidt Kranz Group besteht aus 62 Unternehmen in 24 Ländern, mit rund 2.000 Mitarbeitenden in Wasserstofftechnik, Hochdrucktechnik, Automatisierung und Bergbau. Jedes dieser Unternehmen hat Prozesse, die schneller gehen könnten. In unserer KI-Taskforce baust du die Agenten und Skills dafür, und zwar für den echten Einsatz.

Was du bei uns machst

• Cases zerlegen: Mit Controlling, Vertrieb oder Einkauf herausfinden, wo Zeit verloren geht und was ein Agent übernehmen kann.

• Agenten bauen: Prompts, Tools und Wissensquellen zu Agenten verbinden, deren Ergebnisse man nachprüfen kann.

• Skills entwickeln: Bausteine schreiben, die jede Gesellschaft wiederverwenden kann, vom Besprechungsprotokoll bis zur Kalkulationsprüfung.

• Rollout begleiten: Key User schulen, Feedback einsammeln, nachschärfen. Und sehen, wie deine Lösung ankommt.

Woran du zum Beispiel arbeitest

• Hydrogen Solutions: Ein Angebots-Copilot liest Lastenhefte für Wasserstoff-Tankstellen aus, befüllt die Kalkulation vor und markiert Risiken.

• High Pressure Technology: Ersatzteil-Anfragen per Mail werden automatisch erkannt, zugeordnet und mit einem Antwortentwurf versehen.

• Automation: Projektcontrolling, das Abweichungen erkennt, die Treiber benennt und den Monatskommentar vorschreibt.

• Mining & Minerals: Service-Berichte aus aller Welt werden ausgewertet, damit Wartung vorausgeplant werden kann.

• Holding: Verträge werden gegen unsere Standards geprüft, kritische Klauseln vorab markiert.

Woran du am Ende baust, entscheiden wir gemeinsam. Eigene Ideen sind ausdrücklich willkommen.

Was wir dir bieten

• Hybrid arbeiten: Remote plus Präsenztage in Velbert, Düsseldorf, Goslar oder Nordhausen. In der Klausurphase reduzierst du.

Was du mitbringst

Wir suchen keine fertigen KI-Profis. Wichtiger ist, dass du neugierig bist und Dinge ausprobierst.

• Du studierst z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL mit Tech-Faible oder Computerlinguistik. Quereinstieg ist willkommen.

• Du hast schon mit Sprachmodellen gebaut: Prompts, eigene GPTs, Agenten oder RAG, im Studium oder privat.

• Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Vibe Coding oder Agentic Coding, also eine KI Code schreiben lassen und daraus ein Tool, Skript oder eine App gemacht.

• Du zerlegst unscharfe Aufgaben gern in klare Schritte.

• Dich interessiert, wie Industrie funktioniert: Deckungsbeitrag, Lastenheft, Gewährleistung.

• Du hast 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit und noch mindestens zwei Semester vor dir.

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sicher Englisch.

• Ein Plus: Python, APIs, Excel/Power Query oder Automatisierungstools.

  2. 20-Minuten-Call: Kennenlernen per Video, innerhalb einer Woche.
  3. Mini-Case: Ein kleines Business-Problem, 48 Stunden, dein Lösungsansatz. Danach besprechen wir ihn zusammen.
  4. Loslegen: Zusage innerhalb von 14 Tagen, Start nach Absprache.
