Wir suchen für unser Team eine/n 1 Bürokauffrau/-mann - Serviceassistent/in (m/w/d) Ein professioneller Service braucht auch im Hintergrund gut organisierte Abläufe. Von der Erstellung der Serviceaufträge bis zur korrekten Abrechnung sorgst du dafür, dass unser Serviceteam optimal unterstützt wird und alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Kundenbetreuung, Terminorganisation und Datenpflege

* Korrespondenz mit Versicherungen

* Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung

* Erstellung und Abrechnung von Serviceaufträgen und -rechnungen

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung im Servicebereich

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Autohaus oder im Kfz-Servicebereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Systemen

* Selbstständige, genaue und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
