Hos Schmiedmann Odense A/S søger vi en engageret Key Account Manager, der kan skabe langsigtede kunderelationer, identificere nye forretningsmuligheder og sikre fortsat vækst gennem professionel kunderådgivning og aktivt salgsarbejde.

Schmiedmann er en specialiseret virksomhed inden for BMW- og MINI-reservedele, tilbehør og relaterede produkter med kunder i Danmark og resten af verden.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Opbygge, udvikle og vedligeholde relationer til eksisterende nøglekunder og franchises.
  • Identificere og opsøge nye forretningsmuligheder.
  • Udarbejde tilbud og følge op på salgsaktiviteter, kundeforespørgsler og ordrer.
  • Forhandle priser, betingelser og samarbejdsaftaler.
  • Analysere kundernes købsmønstre og identificere potentiale for mersalg.
  • Sikre høj kundetilfredshed og en professionel kundeoplevelse.
  • Samarbejde med salg, produkt- og lagerafdeling om at finde de rette løsninger til kunderne.
  • Bidrage til udviklingen af vores internationale forretning og kundeportefølje.

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med B2B-salg, key account management eller anden relevant salgsfunktion.
  • Er kommercielt orienteret og motiveres af at skabe målbare resultater.
  • Er dygtig til at opbygge relationer og skabe tillid hos kunderne.
  • Arbejder struktureret og selvstændigt og følger dine opgaver helt til dørs.
  • Har gode forhandlingsevner og kan identificere kundernes behov.
  • Har gode IT-kompetencer og erfaring med CRM- og ERP-systemer eller lignende.
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk på et professionelt niveau.

Kendskab til bilbranchen, BMW og MINI samt reservedele og tilbehør vil være en fordel, men er ikke et krav, hvis du har den rette kommercielle profil og lyst til at lære vores produkter at kende.
