Location: 1190 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO, 80129

Employment Type: Full Time, including Saturday shift

Position Type: Hourly

Pay Starting at: $19.29 - $24.00

We are looking for top talent ready to join our forward-thinking, high volume, dynamic organization. This Business Assistant opening is on our Plum Valley campus, home to Schomp BMW, Schomp Honda and Schomp MINI where you'll be placed in the store of your preference. The Business Assistant team plays a crucial role in the sales process by efficiently and accurately handling car financing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. What you will do:

  • Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
  • Submit credit applications.
  • Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
  • Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
  • Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
  • Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
  • This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Math aptitude
  • Interest in Finance
  • Loan processing or credit report experience a plus
  • Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions
