Job Description:

Manejo de la máquinaria correspondiente al área de embalaje: etiquetadora, encajonadora-formadora de cajas y paletizador, con el fin de fabricar productos conformes a las especificaciones, tanto en cantidad como en calidad y respondiendo a la eficacia requerida para su máquina.

Las funciones a realizar serán los siguientes:

. Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas correspondientes al área de embalaje (encajadoras, sobrembaladoras, paletizador,...).

. Adecuar el etiquetado del envase al del embalaje, el tipo de caja y el paletizado.

. Comprobar la fecha de caducidad de las referencias a fabricar de acuerdo con la órdenes de fabricación.

. Realizar los autocontroles requeridos en el sistema de gestión de calidad.

. Realizar las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento previstas durante el CIP y en caso necesario, ayudar al piloto de la envasadora en las mismas.

. Controlar la temperatura en los productos que lo requieran.

. Control y reposición de bobinas a las etiquetadoras automáticas.

. Registro informático o manual de producto terminado (retrabajos, cuarentenas, etc).

. Colaboración en el restableciomiento de la calidad de aquellos productos que resulten con defecto (retrabajo)

. Cambio del estado del palet a cuarentena o retrabajo cuando corresponda, esta acción la realizan desde el terminal que tienen en cerca de su puesto (son 2 clicks de ratón).

. Recogida de muestras para calidad. Cuando el sistema les solicite una muestra (depende de las preferencias de calidad), una baliza les indicará mediante un pitido agudo que han de coger una muestra del producto que se está envasando en ese mismo momento, también saldrá una etiqueta de una pequeña impresora a pie de máquina. Su función es coger la muestra (1 pack), pegar la etiqueta e introducirlo en una nevera que tendrán cerca.

Los requisitos para poder aplicar a la vacante son los siguientes:

- Deseable FP Grado Medio en disciplinas técnicas(electricidad,electrónica)

- Al menos un año como operario de fabricación o mantenimiento industrial.
