Job Description:

Las funciones a realizar serán los siguientes:

. Conocer y ejecutar adecuadamente las normas establecidas para trabajar con puntos críticos, así como el registro de los mismos.

. Elaborar yogures firmes, batidos, líquidos, burgos, postres e ingredientes big tree.

. Realización de descargas, expediciones y control de leche cruda en recepción.

. Realizar expediciones de producto big tree.

. Desarrollar la producción de ingredientes concentrados con equipo de membrana de acuerdo al plan de carga establecido.

. Verificar y controlar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los equipos industriales implicados en los procesos.

. Ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos de primer nivel, implicados en los procesos.

. Realización de normalizaciones (recetas liquidas ,recetas polvo, recirculaciones con incorporación de polvo)

. Incorporación de la leche añadida, polvos y fermentos.

. Informar a su responsable directo ante la detección de cualquier anomalía/incidencia en el proceso.

. Realización de la pasteurización, esterilización y termización.

. Realización de trasiegos de TFBS A TABS

. Realización de CIP en todos los elementos de proceso y envasadoras.

. Responsable de la calidad del producto, respetando las normas y los autocontroles especificados en el sistema de control de calidad específicos de su puesto, registrando correctamente los mismos.

. Registro informático y control de todos los consumos de materias primas.

. Control de stocks de materias primas en al almacén propio de proceso.

. Mantener el correcto orden y la limpieza del puesto de trabajo.

. Toma de muestras de las preparaciones elaboradas, de los ingredientes concentrados, CIP y aguas.

Los requisitos para poder aplicar a la vacante son los siguientes:

* Grado superior en alguna de las siguientes disciplinas:

- Grado Superior en formación técnica (electricidad, electrónica, mecánica, similar)

- Grado superior en formación en ciencias (industria alimentaria, laboratorio, control de calidad, etc.)

* Nivel usuario en Ofimática y Bases de Datos.

* Experiencia imprescindible en industria alimentaria en el área de proceso
