Job Description:

Como HR Assistant, tu misión será gestionar el desarrollo de las actividades relacionadas con los movimientos de personal dentro de la planta valorando polivalencias entre los mismos, asegurando la dotación de las líneas para garantizar que la producción de cada día vaya alineada con la planificación.

Las funciones a realizar serán los siguientes:

  • Gestión de permisos del personal de producción.
  • Gestión y control de fichajes de producción (proceso y envasado).
  • Planificación del personal, dotación de las líneas valorando las polivalencias de los trabajadores.
  • Soporte a los jefes de producción para la coordinación con las agencias de empleo para dotar líneas cuando se producen variaciones en la planificación.

Los requisitos para poder aplicar a la vacante son los siguientes:

  • Grado universitario en Relaciones laborales o equivalente.
  • Ingles nivel medio
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el departamento de RRHH

Contrato temporal con posibilidad de conversión a indefinido
