Willkommen bei der Schüttflix Group

Als Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) für das Gütersloher Wertstoffzentrum GmbH (GWG) bist du der operative Motor unserer 40.000 m² großen Recyclinganlage. In engem Schulterschluss mit der Geschäftsführung übernimmst du die praktische Leitung des Standorts: Du steuerst die täglichen Abläufe des Wertstoffzentrums, führst das gewerbliche Team souverän, fair und mit klarer Linie und sorgst dafür, dass die Annahme, Sortierung und Aufbereitung von Baustoffen und Abfällen reibungslos, sicher und effizient laufen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Standortleitung: Verantwortung für die täglichen Betriebsabläufe, Materialannahmen und Aufbereitungsprozesse auf dem 40.000 m² großen Areal.
  • Teamführung & Personaleinsatz: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Anlagenpersonals inklusive Einsatzplanung sowie die aktive Förderung einer starken Arbeitssicherheitskultur.
  • Compliance & Genehmigungsmanagement: Einhaltung aller Auflagen als EfB-zertifizierter Fachbetrieb sowie konsequente Durchsetzung aller umwelt- und abfallrechtlichen Vorgaben (z. B. BImSchG, KrWG, Nachweisverordnung).
  • Stoffstrom- & Kennzahlensteuerung: Überwachung der Durchsatzmengen sowie Qualitätssicherung der erzeugten RC-Baustoffe.
  • Sparring mit der Geschäftsführung: Enge, tägliche Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung zur operativen Umsetzung der Standortziele und kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung & Praxis: Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Entsorgungs-/Umwelttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder zur Fachkraft für Kreislauf- und Abfallwirtschaft.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige (Führungs-) Erfahrung im operativen Betrieb eines Wertstoff- oder Recyclinghofs, einer Abfallbehandlungsanlage oder im Abbruch-/Baustoffbereich.
  • Fachkunde: Nachgewiesene Fachkunde nach § 9 EfbV sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Abfall- und Immissionsschutzrecht.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Durchsetzungsstärke, Verlässlichkeit, Stressresistenz, Organisationsgeschick und eine hohe Präsenz direkt vor Ort auf dem Betriebsgelände.
