Der Schülerclub Erlenbach begleitet und betreut Kinder vom Kindergarten bis zur 6. Klasse in ihrem schulergänzenden Alltag. Für unser Team suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Betreuung aktiv mitgestaltet.

Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge (80 %) Gruppenleitung im Oberen Hitzberg ##

Voraussetzung: Abschluss als Praxisausbildner/in oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren.

Als Gruppenleitung übernehmen Sie die Leitung der Gruppe im Schülerclub Oberer Hitzberg und sind für die Ausbildung einer angehenden Sozialpädagogin oder eines angehenden Sozialpädagogen verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pädagogische und personelle Führung der Nachmittagsgruppe Maxi (3.-6. Klasse)
  • Personalführung und Durchführung von Entwicklungsgesprächen im Kleinteam
  • Durchführung von Kleinteamsitzungen
  • Leitung der Mittagsbetreuung am zweiten Standort mit Kindern der 1. und 2. Klasse am Montag, Dienstag und Donnerstag
  • Führung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Betreuung und verlässlicher Tagesstrukturen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Lehrpersonen und der Leitung Betreuung
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Schülerclubs
  • Gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Leitideen, Jahreszielen und Jahresplanung mit dem Kleinteam
  • Verantwortung für die Ausbildung einer angehenden Sozialpädagogin oder eines angehenden Sozialpädagogen
  • Übernahme der Montagmorgenbetreuung ab 07.00 Uhr

Ihr Profil:

  • Diplom in Sozialpädagogik sowie Praxisausbildner-Abschluss oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Erfahrung in der schulergänzenden Betreuung; Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern verschiedener Altersstufen und an der Leitung eines Teams
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Offene, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und klarer Kommunikation
