Im Atelier für Bekleidungsgestaltung der Schule für Gestaltung Aargau verbinden wir die berufliche Grundbildung im Lehratelier mit Mass\- und Serienfertigung für Kundinnen und Kunden.

Für die Mitarbeit in der Ausbildung von Lernenden und in der Produktion suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich und pädagogisch versierte Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter:in im Atelier für Bekleidungsgestaltung (80–100%)

Ihre Aufgaben

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Co\-Leitung wirken Sie an der praktischen Ausbildung unserer rund 24 Lernenden gemäss der geltenden Bildungsverordnung (BiVo) mit und bringen Ihr Fachwissen in die Produktion ein.

  • Fachliche Anleitung und Begleitung der Lernenden sowie Förderung und Beurteilung ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung
  • Mitarbeit in der Ausbildungsplanung und der Gestaltung des Lernalltags
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Fertigung von Mass\- und Serienaufträgen, einschliesslich Schnittentwicklung und Kundenbetreuung
  • Mitwirkung an Eigenkollektionen, Veranstaltungen und der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Ateliers
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben im laufenden Atelierbetrieb

Ihr Profil

  • Bekleidungsgestalter:in EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Mass\- und Serienanfertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Schnittentwicklung, Verarbeitungstechnik und Passform sowie Erfahrung in Kundenberatung und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und pädagogisches Geschick
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und verlässliche Zusammenarbeit
  • Von Vorteil: weiterführende Fachqualifikation, Berufsbildnerausbildung oder Berufsbildungserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in digitaler Schnittentwicklung und digitalen Medien
