Deine Aufgaben

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Schulen und Gemeinden bist du für die gesamte Personaladministration der Lehrpersonen von A bis Z verantwortlich: Von Erstellung des Lohnvorschlags, des Eintritts über Pensenänderungen und Familienzulagen bis hin zum Austritt sorgst du dafür, dass jeder Schritt korrekt, zuverlässig und reibungslos abgewickelt wird.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Schulleitungen und Bildungskommissionen in anspruchsvollen personaladministrativen Fragen.
  • Dein Hauptinstrument ist das SAP HCM. Hier erfasst du Mutationen, pflegst Ein- und Austritte, Stellvertretungen und gewährleistest, dass alle lohnrelevanten Daten vor dem Lohnlauf im System erfasst und bearbeitet worden sind.
  • Mit deinem Know-how stellst du sicher, dass Sozialversicherungen und Zulagen korrekt angemeldet, geprüft und abgerechnet werden, und behältst dabei die gesetzlichen Vorgaben stets im Blick.
  • Dein Blick fürs Detail zählt. Qualitätskontrollen und aussagekräftige Auswertungen liegen in deiner Hand, und in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen bringst du frische Ideen ein, um unsere Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Deine Basis bilden eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und die Weiterbildung als Payroll Expert. Idealerweise kennst du dich bereits im Schulwesen aus.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und/oder Personaladministration gesammelt und verfügst über fundierte Erfahrungen in SAP HCM.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig, exakt und effizient, und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen behältst du den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten mit Ruhe und Struktur.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative runden dein Profil ab.
