Der Verkehrsverbund Luzern (VVL) plant und verantwortet das Angebot des öffentlichen Verkehrs im Kanton Luzern und führt die Geschäftsstelle des Tarifverbundes Passepartout. Der VVL sorgt zusammen mit den Transportunternehmen dafür, dass jährlich über 100 Millionen Fahrgäste im Kanton Luzern sicher und zuverlässig an ihr Ziel kommen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du initiierst und leitest Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des öV-Angebots für Bus und Bahn sowie neue und ergänzende Mobilitätsangebote.
  • Du analysierst und interpretierst Daten zum öffentlichen Verkehr und bereitest die Ergebnisse verständlich und anschaulich auf, beispielsweise zu Nachfrage, Angebotskennzahlen, Mobilitätsverhalten, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Datengrundlagen sowie Monitoring-/Controllinginstrumente weiter und schaffst damit wichtige Grundlagen für die Angebotsplanung, Wirkungskontrolle und fundierte Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Du stimmst die öV-Projekte mit übergeordneten Planungen und konkreten Infrastrukturprojekten ab und bringst dabei die Interessen des VVL ein.
  • Du übernimmst - abhängig von deinem Pensum, deinen Interessen und Stärken - Verantwortung für weitere Zukunftsthemen wie Digitalisierung im öV, Mobility-as-a-Service, Qualität oder Auslastungsmanagement.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Transportunternehmen, Gemeinden, dem Kanton und weiteren internen und externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Du erarbeitest Berichte, Präsentationen und Stellungnahmen und bringst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf den Punkt.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni, ETH, FH) in Mobilität, Raumplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du bringst Fachkompetenz in der Verkehrsplanung und im Projektmanagement mit und verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Erfahrung im öffentlichen Verkehr.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Daten und Zahlen, denkst analytisch und verstehst es, aus komplexen Datengrundlagen aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse abzuleiten. Du hast Freude an der Datenanalyse und Visualisierung und bist motiviert, dich in neue Anwendungen und Methoden einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchs- und Interessengruppen (Politik, Verwaltung, Wirtschaft, Regionale Entwicklungsträger, Transportunternehmen, Fahrgäste, Verbände, etc.).
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, selbstständig, strukturiert und mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du bist eine engagierte, teamorientierte, motivierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die ihre Standpunkte überzeugend vertritt.
  • Du drückst dich mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher in deutscher Sprache aus.
