Die Dienststelle Verkehr und Infrastruktur (vif) stellt die Mobilität der Bevölkerung und Wirtschaft im Kanton Luzern sicher. Sie verantwortet die Planung, den Bau und den Betrieb der Kantonsstrassen, den Betrieb und Unterhalt der Nationalstrassen und die Verbesserung der öV-Infrastruktur. Sie sorgt für den Schutz von Menschen, Tieren und Sachwerten vor Naturgefahren.

Du gehörst zu den Projektleiter/innen, die Ownership suchen und ein Gespür für das Zusammenspiel aller Disziplinen mitbringen. Deine Aufgaben

  • Verkehrsprojekte führst du mit echter Ownership. Von der Studie bis zur Bewilligung steuerst du Inhalte und Prozesse - klar, strukturiert und mit sicherem Gespür für Prioritäten.
  • Du bringst dein Know-how aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Bereichs Planung ein - mit neuen Impulsen, klarem Gestaltungswillen und einem hohen Anspruch an wirksame Lösungen.
  • Interdisziplinäre Expertisen wie Sicherheit, Fuss- & Veloverkehr sowie Verkehrsmanagement formst du kooperativ und fokussiert zu klaren Lösungen, aus denen stimmige Gesamtprojekte entstehen.
  • Zielgerichtet und verlässlich führst du externe Planungsbüros. Du gibst Orientierung, sicherst Qualität und hältst Termine und Kosten souverän auf Kurs.
  • In wichtigen Dialogen bringst du Ruhe, Klarheit und Richtung. Mit Gemeinden, Politik und Grundeigentümer/innen findest du tragfähige Wege durch Interessenlagen und führst sicher durch Vernehmlassungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist Bauingenieur/in (FH/ETH) oder gleichwertig und bringst Erfahrung in der Planung von Verkehrsinfrastruktur mit.
  • In komplexen Projekten fühlst du dich wohl, behältst den Überblick und triffst auch unter Druck fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, denkst vernetzt und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Perspektiven konstruktiv zusammenzuführen.
  • Mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen agierst du souverän und lösungsorientiert, auch in herausfordernden Gesprächen.
  • Du bringst Einsatzbereitschaft und Gestaltungsfreude mit und möchtest Projekte vorantreiben, die im Raum Luzern sichtbar Wirkung entfalten.
