Das Heilpädagogische Zentrum Schüpfheim als kantonale Institution bietet ein breites Angebot zum LEBEN, LERNEN und ARBEITEN für rund 110 Menschen mit einer kognitiven Beeinträchtigung. 325 Personen aus verschiedenen Berufsrichtungen arbeiten in unserer Institution in den Bereichen Zentrale Dienste, Kinderhaus Weidmatt, Kinder und Jugendliche und Erwachsene.

Du begleitest Kinder und Jugendliche mit Herz, Fachkompetenz und einem Gespür für ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse. Als verlässliche Bezugsperson stärkst du ihre Selbstständigkeit, förderst ihre persönliche Entwicklung und gestaltest gemeinsam mit ihnen einen Alltag, der Sicherheit, Orientierung und Lebensfreude vermittelt.

In deiner Funktion als stellvertretende Gruppenleitung übernimmst du zusätzlich Verantwortung für die fachliche und organisatorische Gestaltung des Gruppenalltags und unterstützt die Gruppenleitung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung des Gruppenalltags sowie Planung von Freizeit- und Ferienaktivitäten.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Förderplanung nach ICF und Umsetzung individueller Fördermassnahmen.
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung des Teams sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung pädagogischer Abläufe.
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben.
  • Mitarbeit im gemeinsamen Haushalt und Förderung einer wertschätzenden Wohnatmosphäre.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik, Betreuung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise bringst du ein Diplom als Berufsbildner/in oder Praxisausbildner/in mit. Falls nicht, unterstützen wir dich gerne dabei, diese Qualifikation zu erwerben.
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Einsätze an Wochenenden und während der Schulferien sind für dich kein Problem.
  • Du begegnest Menschen auf Augenhöhe, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und gehst individuell auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein.
  • Auch wenn es herausfordernd wird, bleibst du ruhig, denkst lösungsorientiert und findest passende Wege, mit schwierigen Situationen umzugehen.
