Die Kantonsschule Schüpfheim/Gymnasium Plus führt ein 4-jähriges Kurzzeitgymnasium sowie das 5-jährige Gymnasium Plus mit professioneller Talentförderung. Der Klassenzug Gymnasium Plus richtet sich an begabte Jugendliche aus den Bereichen Sport, Musik, Kunst, Sprache und Schauspiel, die Bildungsinhalte werden auf 5 Jahre verteilt. Beide Ausbildungsgänge schliessen mit der eidgenössisch anerkannten Maturität ab. Die Schule umfasst ca. 190 Lernende und rund 30 Lehrpersonen. Da die Schule klein ist, können die Lehrpersonen die Lernenden individuell betreuen. Das Erlernen von hoher Selbständigkeit und die Übernahme von Verantwortung stehen hier von Anfang an im Fokus. Die Lehrpersonen im Gymnasium Plus haben teilweise auch Coaching-Funktion.

Das Gymnasium Plus ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für Talentförderung auf der Sekundarstufe II und bietet engagierten Lehrpersonen ein inspirierendes Umfeld. Begeistern Sie Jugendliche für wirtschaftliche und rechtliche Zusammenhänge und fördern Sie ihr selbstständiges Denken. Ab dem Schuljahr 2027/28 besteht zudem die Möglichkeit einer längerfristigen Anstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie gestalten einen abwechslungsreichen und praxisnahen Unterricht in Wirtschaft und Recht im Grundlagen- und Schwerpunktfach.
  • Im Rahmen unseres Lerncoaching-Programms begleiten und beraten Sie die Lernenden individuell und unterstützen sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung.
  • Eigenverantwortliches Lernen wird von Ihnen gezielt begleitet, indem Sie Impulse geben und den Schülerinnen und Schülern helfen, ihre Stärken auszubauen.
  • Die Mitarbeit in Themenwochen und interdisziplinären Stufenakzenten erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, wobei kreative Ideen und innovative Konzepte gefragt sind.
  • Sie begleiten und betreuen Lernende bei der Erarbeitung ihrer Maturaarbeiten.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen universitären Masterabschluss in Wirtschaft und Recht sowie das entsprechende Lehrdiplom oder schliessen dies bald ab.
  • Ihr Unterricht vereint analoges und digitales Lernen. Kenntnisse unseres Lernmanagementsystemen (LMS Moodle) sind von Vorteil, alternativ bringen Sie die Offenheit mit, dieses mit Unterstützung durch unsere pädagogische IT-Koordinatorin aktiv im Unterricht und für das eigenverantwortliche Lernen einzusetzen.
  • Ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Jugendlichen sowie ein ausgeprägtes pädagogisches Engagement zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Offenheit für Neues und die Bereitschaft, Ihren Unterricht kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, runden Ihr Profil ab.
