Der Schulpsychologische Beratungsdienst im Bezirk Meilen (SPBD) unterstützt die Schulen in ihrem Bildungs\- und Integrationsauftrag. Er berät Schülerinnen und im Volksschulalter sowie deren Eltern und Lehrpersonen zu Fragen aus dem Lern\-, Leistungs\- und Verhaltensbereich. Der SPBD Meilen ist als Zweckverband organisiert und bildet die Trägerschaft. Die Geschäftsstelle befindet sich aktuell in Herrliberg; der Umzug nach Meilen ist per 2027 geplant. Zur Führung des gesamten operativen Betriebs suchen wir die neue Leitung Geschäftsstelle.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Geschäftsstelle; Sie führen die Geschäftsleitung, der neben Ihnen die Fachliche Leitung und die Leitung Zentrale Dienste angehören
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisatorische Qualitätssicherung und Controlling der Leistungserbringung (die fachliche Qualitätssicherung liegt bei der Fachlichen Leitung)
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Abläufe
  • Steuerung von Ressourcen und Finanzen: Budget, Jahresrechnung und Geschäftsbericht zuhanden des Vorstands, Finanzcontrolling und Berichterstattung
  • Vorbereitung, Vertretung und Umsetzung der Geschäfte von Vorstand und Geschäftsleitendem Ausschuss (Milizbehörden) einschliesslich Teilnahme an deren Sitzungen
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit den Schulen, Gemeinden und Behörden im Bezirk
  • Leitung von Projekten und aktive Mitarbeit darin; z.B. Vorbereitung und Planung des Umzugs nach Meilen / Digitalisierung / Umsetzung Organisationsentwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Aus\- und Weiterbildung auf Stufe Hochschule oder Fachhochschule – z. B. in öffentlicher Verwaltung, Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Psychologie oder Pädagogik – mit entsprechender Führungs\- und Managementerfahrung
  • Führungserfahrung in einer Expertenorganisation, idealerweise im Bildungs\-, Sozial\- oder Gesundheitsbereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für öffentliche Institutionen, Schul\-Themen und politische Entscheidungsprozesse, Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Milizbehörden
  • Vertraut mit Gemeinderecht, Personalrecht und öffentlichen Finanzen
  • Hohe konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
  • Grosses Interesse an der Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und entsprechende organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Hoher Qualitätsfokus
  • Starke IT\- und Digitalisierungs\-Kompetenz
  • Souveränes Auftreten und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
