  • Build relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement professionals, executive assistants, travel management companies, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent outside sales calls, networking, client appointments, and strategic prospecting.
  • Identify opportunities to capture market share from competitors and grow locally negotiated corporate business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Multi-Property Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop distinct sales strategies aligned with each property's positioning, revenue goals, and target customer segments.
  • Position the independent hotel for extended corporate assignments, relocations, project-based travel, and longer-length-of-stay opportunities.
  • Position the Marriott hotels for corporate travelers seeking full-service amenities, brand recognition, and a premier Midtown location.
  • Leverage cluster of hotels to maximize corporate account penetration, portfolio revenue, and client retention.
  • Negotiate corporate rate agreements, manage RFP opportunities, and collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure profitable business.

Account Management & Strategic Partnerships

  • Manage and grow corporate accounts while maintaining a strong emphasis on new account acquisition.
  • Build relationships with corporate housing providers, relocation companies, project managers, and organizations generating recurring extended-stay demand.
  • Partner with Marriott Global Sales and other strategic partners to identify and convert qualified opportunities.
  • Monitor account production, room night contribution, ADR, and length-of-stay trends to identify growth opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Midtown Atlanta's corporate landscape, business development, competitive environment, and emerging demand generators.
  • Collaborate with property leadership, Revenue Management, and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM systems, business intelligence platforms, and market data to guide prospecting, account development, and sales performance.
  • Provide consistent reporting on pipeline activity, new business acquisition, account production, and revenue results.

Performance Expectations & Key Success Measures

Success will be measured by the ability to generate incremental revenue, acquire new corporate accounts, and expand market share across both properties.

  • New Account Acquisition: Number of new corporate accounts secured and activated.
  • Business Transient Revenue Growth: Achievement of individual property and combined portfolio revenue goals.
  • Corporate Room Night Production: Incremental room nights generated through new and existing corporate relationships.
  • Extended-Stay Production: Growth in extended-stay room nights and project-based corporate business.
  • Sales Pipeline & Prospecting: Consistent development and conversion of qualified new business opportunities.
  • Account Penetration: Increased production and share of wallet from existing corporate partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
