Die Bedürfnisse unserer renommierten Autorinnen und Autoren sowie die Qualitätsansprüche unserer Kunden aus Praxis und Wissenschaft sind Leistungsmassstab und bestimmen mit Innovation und Weitsicht das Portfolio und den Kurs des Unternehmens.

Wir suchen am Standort in Zürich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

HR\-Generalist/in (80%)

Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Übernahme von diversen operativen Personalaufgaben in unserem KMU\-Unternehmen
  • Führung der Personaldossiers, Zeiterfassung, Unfallmeldungen, etc.
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Kassen und Versicherungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vereinbarungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
  • Stellenausschreibungen und Bewerbungsmanagement, inkl. Gesprächsführung
  • Koordinierung des On\- und Offboarding\-Prozesses
  • Monatliche Lohnabrechnung mit SwissSalary
  • Übernahme des zentralen Einkaufs von Bürobedarf und Verbrauchsgütern
  • Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten und Stellvertretungen

Ihr Profil

  • Fachspezifische Qualifikation im Personalmanagement mit einer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den arbeits\- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften sowie in der Lohnverarbeitung (inklusive Quellensteuer)
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, Diskretion sowie Loyalität
  • Grosse Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Produkten und Zeiterfassungssystemen
