Die Primarschule Turbenthal sucht in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (AJB), für die Primarstufe per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

SchulsozialarbeiterIn 40% befristet bis Ende Februar 2027 ##

Unsere Schulgemeinde liegt mitten im Tösstal, an der Grenze zum Zürcher Oberland. Rund 200 Schülerinnen und Schüler besuchen unsere Primarschule Breiti/Risi in Turbenthal ZH.

Alle Schülerinnen und Schüler bestmöglich zu fördern und fordern ist ein grosses Anliegen unseres pädagogischen Teams. Um dies zu erreichen, sind uns gegenseitiges Vertrauen und ein wertschätzender Umgang miteinander wichtig. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir darauf hin, dass sich Kinder zu gestärkten Persönlichkeiten entwickeln und lernen, Verantwortung in ihrem Leben zu übernehmen.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • niederschwelliges Beratungsangebot für Schüler/innen und deren Eltern
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Lehrpersonen
  • Einzelfallhilfe, Gruppen- und Klasseninterventionen
  • Präventions- und Projektarbeit

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in sozialer Arbeit (Fachhochschule)
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Schulsozialarbeit
  • Erfahrung in der Beratungstätigkeit von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien
  • Freude und Fähigkeit an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Präsenz in den zugeteilten Schulhäusern in Turbenthal
  • Persönlichkeit mit hohen kommunikativen Kompetenzen

Wir bieten:
