Aufgaben

  • Potenzialorientierte Tourenplanung/Kundenbetreuung im gesamten Verkaufsgebiet
  • Sicherstellung der Distribution und Umsetzung von KAM-Absprachen
  • Aktive Promotion-Umsetzung in Form von Zweitplatzierungen
  • Begleitung von Produktneueinführungen und Durchsetzung des Platzierungskonzeptes (Regal-und Zweitplatzierungen)
  • Aktiver Verkauf bei Durchgängen, Handelsmessen und Abfragen
  • Einhaltung/Sicherstellung der Category-Management-Vorgaben
  • Berichterstattung über wichtige Markt-und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Verantwortung für Ziel-und Ergebniserreichung
  • Dokumentation im CRM-System

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im Handel
  • Praxiserfahrung im Vertrieb eines Markenartikelunternehmens oder Erfahrungen im LEH
  • Stark in der Selbstorganisation und Administration
  • Kenntnisse der Strukturen und Abläufe der Handelskanäle im LEH
  • Sie sind eine kontaktfreudige, authentische Persönlichkeit, die mit viel Begeisterung mit unseren Mitarbeitern und Kunden zusammenarbeitet
  • Gute Kenntnisse der üblichen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Wohnort im Großraum Hannover wünschenswert
  • Ihre Reisebereitschaft, gutes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Ihre Kunden-und Serviceorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Wohnort im Großraum Karlsruhe bis Freiburg wünschenswert
