  • You use data, Lean principles, and structured problem solving to deliver results.
  • You communicate effectively and develop those around you.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Leadership: We're looking for someone who has successfully led manufacturing readiness efforts for complex products and has experience influencing technical direction across teams and organizations. Experience leading NPI programs, implementing manufacturing technologies, and driving large-scale process improvement initiatives is highly valuable.
  • Technical: Experience with PFMEA, process capability analysis, production system design, and Lean manufacturing transformations is a significant advantage.
  • Software: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, manufacturing software platforms, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project is also highly desirable. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
