Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Legateprogramms
  • Entwicklung eines Grossspendenportfolios und Erarbeitung von Förderangeboten
  • Persönliche Begleitung von Interessierten und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Entwicklung von Angeboten mit den Sektionen, Durchführung von Veranstaltungen sowie fachliche Beratung und Bereitstellung von Vorlagen
  • Koordination von Nachlassanfragen mit externen Fachpersonen
  • Erfolgskontrolle und Wirkungsmessung

Damit überzeugst du uns

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fundraising oder in der anspruchsvollen Beziehungspflege
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und initiative Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen und Sensibilität im Umgang mit persönlichen Themen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Affinität zum Bergsport und hohe Identifikation mit den Werten des SAC
