* Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufslehre mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich der (militärischen) Logistik * Erfahrungen im Bereich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik mit Schwergewicht Informatik * Führerschein der Kategorie B; Weitere Führerscheine (C, C1, D, D1, usw.) erwünscht * Bereitschaft kurzfristige oder geplante Einsätze im In- und Ausland zu leisten * Abgeschlossene Rekrutenschule und Unteroffiziers- oder Offiziersschule der Schweizer Armee (von Vorteil im Bereich Nachschub/Rückschub); die Militärdiensttauglichkeit und die medizinische Tauglichkeit für Auslandeinsätze muss gegeben sein (wird im Rahmen des Rekrutierungsprozesses geprüft) * Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. First Certificate) für den Einsatz im internationalen Umfeld

Das Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) ist für alle militärischen Operationen und Einsätze der Schweizer Armee verantwortlich. Zum Kdo Op gehören u. a. die Luftwaffe, das Heer, die vier Territorialdivisionen, das Kompetenzzentrum SWISSINT, das Kommando Spezialkräfte sowie die Militärpolizei. Rund 40 % der ca. 2'500 Mitarbeitenden sind zivil angestellt -- von Ingenieur/-innen über Luftfahrzeugmechaniker/-innen bis hin zu Analyst/-innen.

Die Schweizer Armee beschäftigt über 9'000 Mitarbeitende in vier militärischen und rund 200 zivilen Berufen -- und dies an 110 Standorten schweizweit. Auch für den Nachwuchs ist gesorgt: Die Schweizer Armee bildet in über 30 Berufen Lernende aus.
