Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer Hochschule (Master), vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Mathematik oder Physik
  • Mehrere Jahre funktionsrelevante Berufserfahrung als Fachexperte/\-in für Telekommunikation im Aviatik\-Umfeld sowie Weiterausbildung in \- und Netzwerktechnik, Betriebswirtschaft und Management
  • Führungserfahrung in einem vernetzten Umfeld sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und kundenorientiertes Dienstleistungsverhalten, fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der vernetzten Elektroniksysteme und Luftwaffen\-Anlagen, analytisches Denkvermögen, Flexibilität, Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Offizier/\-in der Schweizer Armee; Führungs\- und Einsatzerfahrung mit FU\-Formationen der Luftwaffe, vorzugsweise Stabsdienste und/oder Trp Kdo erwünscht
  • Bereitschaft zur militärischen Einteilung bei der Luftwaffe über das ordentliche Wehrpflichtalter hinaus
  • Aktive Kenntnisse in zwei Amtssprachen, passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Das Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) ist für alle militärischen Operationen und Einsätze der Schweizer Armee verantwortlich. Zum Kdo Op gehören u. a. die Luftwaffe, das , die vier Territorialdivisionen, das Kompetenzzentrum SWISSINT, das Kommando Spezialkräfte sowie die Militärpolizei. Rund 40 % der ca. 2'500 Mitarbeitenden sind zivil angestellt – von Ingenieur/\-innen über Luftfahrzeugmechaniker/\-innen bis hin zu Analyst/\-innen.

Die Schweizer Armee beschäftigt über 9'000 Mitarbeitende in vier militärischen und rund 200 zivilen Berufen – und dies an 110 Standorten schweizweit. Auch für den Nachwuchs ist gesorgt: Die Schweizer Armee bildet in über 30 Berufen Lernende aus.
