Als Flying Teacher Pflege bist du stationsübergreifend unterwegs, prägst die Bildungsqualität und begleitest Auszubildende in ihrer Entwicklung.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst Bildungssequenzen direkt im Praxisalltag mit unseren Auszubildenden (AGS, FaGe, Pflege HF und FH) durch
  • Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung für die selbständige Planung und Evaluation der punktuellen Lerneinheiten
  • Du förderst den Theorie\-Praxis\-Transfer und unterstützt eine lernförderliche Ausbildungskultur auf den unterschiedlichen Stationen.
  • Du unterstützt Auszubildenden in Problem\- und Krisensituation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bildungsverantwortlichen
  • Du erkennst den Bildungsbedarf, bringst Ideen ein, arbeitest in Projekten mit und bist mitverantwortlich für eine innovative und attraktive Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung in der Pflege SPZ
  • Du arbeitest zu einem fixen Teil deines Pensums als Pflegefachperson vorbildlich in der direkten Pflege von Menschen mit Querschnittlähmung

  • Diplom als Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Freude an Bildungsaufgaben
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Organisationsgeschick
