Damit erfüllen die Schweizer Salinen nicht nur ihren Versorgungsauftrag, sondern gewährleisten auch – insbesondere in strengen Wintern – eine einwandfreie Mobilität für die gesamte Bevölkerung.

Deine

Du gestaltest die Arbeitssicherheit und den Gesundheitsschutz an unseren Standorten Schweizerhalle und Riburg sowie auf den Baustellen unserer Solfelder aktiv mit. Du setzt die Aufgaben des ASA\-Sicherheitssystems selbständig um und entwickelst unsere präventiven Sicherheitsprozesse weiter.

Gemeinsam mit dem HSE\-Team, den Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden stärkst du eine gelebte Sicherheitskultur. Du berätst die Fachbereiche praxisnah und übernimmst Aufgaben im Brandschutz.

Spezialist/\-in HSE 100% ========================

Was du bei uns bewirken kannst

  • Weiterentwicklung des ASA\-Sicherheitssystems sowie Mitgestaltung von Sicherheitszielen und Präventionskampagnen
  • Gefährdungsermittlung, Risikobeurteilung und Unfallanalyse sowie Umsetzung von Massnahmen mit der Linie
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Erstellung von E\-Learnings, Anweisungen und Checklisten
  • Beratung zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsrundgängen und Audits
  • Mitgestaltung der Notfallorganisation, Organisation der Betriebssanität und Unterstützung des Krisenstabs
  • Übernahme der Funktion als Brandschutzbeauftragte/\-r inklusive Rundgänge und Übungen
  • Pflege von Sicherheitshandbuch, Gefahrstoffdaten und Safely

Deine Qualitäten als Fachperson und Mensch

  • Ausbildung im Bereich HSE mit Abschluss als Spezialist/\-in Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Sicherheitssystemen sowie praktisches Know\-how in Prävention und Sicherheitskultur
  • Gute Kenntnisse des ASA\-Systems und der Schweizer HSE\-Gesetzgebung; Gefahrstoff\-, Maschinen\-, Gebäude\- und Brandschutzkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis, Projektmanagement und IT\-Affinität; gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Visio
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; Organisationstalent, Risikobewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie; sehr gutes Deutsch, ösisch\-Grundkenntnisse; Führerausweis Kat. B
