Der Schweizer Schiesssportverband (SSV) mit Hauptsitz in Luzern ist die Dachorganisation der Schweizer Schützinnen und Schützen. Der SSV ist mit rund 130’000 Mitgliedern der fünftgrösste Sportverband der Schweiz. Rund 60’000 Schützinnen und Schützen haben eine Lizenz. Der im Jahr 1824 gegründete Verband zählt rund 2600 Schützenvereine, die durch 35 Mitgliederverbände vertreten werden.

Mitarbeiter/in Kurssekretariat 60%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und administrative Begleitung der Aus\- und Weiterbildungskurse von A\-Z
  • Pflege der Kurs\- und Teilnehmerdaten sowie der entsprechenden Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Kursen, Modulen und Veranstaltungen
  • Administrative Abwicklung von Kursabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung des Teams Ausbildung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Abläufen im Kurswesen
  • Organisation und Hauptleitung von Trainingslagern
  • Teilnahme und Protokollführung von Sitzungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office 365
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute ösisch\-, und Englischkenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit, Diskretion und ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung
  • Affinität zu den Strukturen eines Sportverbands von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • J\+S\-Leiterstatus in einer Sportart von Vorteil
